  Bramall Lane Meeting point

The Bramall Lane walk was launched on 1st March 2017. It is a collaboration between Sheffield United Community Foundation and Step out Sheffield. It is also supported by local community groups such as the Chinese Community Centre and St. Wilfrid’s, as well as by Blades fans and by people who live locally.

Walkers and walk leaders meet up meet in the Blades Family Hub on John Street in time to start walking at 10.30 sharp. A number of different routes have been developed ranging from a gentle walk around the outside of the ground for anyone needing a very short, steady walk, to a choice of rather longer walks in the area for those who find ‘gentle walking’ a bit tame. We aim to provide a choice of walks to suit all levels of ability. Walks generally last no more than 60 minutes.

After the walk we return to the Family Hub to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and a natter before parting company. Like all Step Out Sheffield walks, the Bramall Lane walks are free. Unusually, refreshments after this walk are also free because Sheffield United Community Foundation very kindly provide them for us.
