 Richmond wildflower pond 2023

The Richmond Wellbeing walk was launched in the summer of 2008

We are a small but welcoming group of local people of all ages, and we walks for up to one hour at a pace to suit all levels of ability.  After our walks we all return to the church where we serve refreshments in the foyer/community cafe area of St Catherine's, giving everyone time to have a chat and catch-up with their friends and neighbours. As with all our walks, the walks themselves are free but we do make a nominal charge for refreshments to cover the cost of renting the space. We do not walk in very icy conditions. On bad weather days we'll either do a very short walk or simply stay in the foyer and catch up with the socialising...

So come along and enjoy a walk with us, all we ask is that you kit yourself out with supportive footwear.  You will be made welcome from your first visit and we hope you’ll want to become a permanent member and weekly walker with Step Out Sheffield.

Buses:    Number 25 stops outside on Hastilar Road South (both directions)

Parking: There is street parking nearby

Toilets:   There are toilets in the church that we can use
